  An average common sense thinking person can easily see the difference between America 2013, and the American Republic of 1900.  To be honest, they resemble each other in no considerable way, other than name sake of the United States of America.   History has thus proved that power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.  Looking back to antiquity, to Israel, Judah, Greece, and Rome we can see uncanny similarities and parallels between their fall and our decline to failure which is in full throttle, without any possibility of an emergency brake to even slow down the death spiral of a once blessed Republic, yes Republic not a democracy.
                                                                       

Let the facts thus be shown and seen:

  I.)  Rejection of God
        1.)  Since 1973 we have murdered innocent babies in the wombs of women at the rate of      4,000 a day. Approaching the amount of 60,000,000 innocent souls, and call it choice.
       2.)  America consumes over half of the world's illicit drugs, while owning only 5% of the world's population.
      3.)  Over 2.8 billion dollars spent each year on internet pornography, which is more than half of the world's 4.9 billion on the same sin. 
     4.)  Cohabitation rates have increased steadily since 1960, by a factor of ten. Over 12 million cohabiting fornicators today.
     5.)  We own the highest divorce rate in the world.
     6.)  40% of American children are born out of wedlock.
     7.)  Professing Christians spend over a hundred billion a year on gambling.
     8.)  America's #1 problem is alcohol producing over 17.6 million adult alcoholics, adults that is.
     9.)  America is enslaved to debt, shackled nationally and personally debt above all nations.
   10.)  BLASPHEMY OF GOD'S NAME, HIS WORD, AND HIS SON IS COMMON PLACE IN THE DAILY MARKETS, HOMES AND MEDIA.
  11.)  America leads all nations in corrupting the world in immorality by production of blasphemous media, movies, music, pornography, and television.
  12.)  In the last five years, America has forsaken Israel, invoking the punishment and curse of God.  Coercing them to give away proven terrorist, land that belongs to Yahweh, and parts of Jerusalem.  In direct contrast of Yahweh's Word.

II.)  Results and Outcome of This Rejection of God


       1.)  (Isaiah 5:18-25 KJV)

"18 Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as it were with a cart rope:

19 That say, Let him make speed, and hasten his work, that we may see it: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it!

20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

21 Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!

22 Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink:

23 Which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him!

24 Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the Lord of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

25 Therefore is the anger of the Lord kindled against his people, and he hath stretched forth his hand against them, and hath smitten them: and the hills did tremble, and their carcases were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still."

American Christian, we are the epitome of the application of this passage.

   1.)  Our schools are battlegrounds of death and violence.

  2.)  Since 1980 the incarceration rate in America's penal system has increased from 500,000 to 2.5 million today, with another 7.2 million under correctional supervision.

 3.)  America had in 2012 1.5 million reported domestic abuse cases.  Those are just the reported ones.

 4.)  On average America, we have 3 million child abuse cases a year involving over 6 million children!

 5.)  America, we have over 12 million crimes a year reported, leading all nations.

 6.)  America, the once solid dollar is devalued each month since 2007.

 7.)  America, yes Christians you as well, we are plagued by the epidemic sin of divorce, which God abhors, He never has divorced Israel, yet we loophole because of selfish hard hearts.

 8.)  Our college institutions are led by leftist radicals who hold Yahweh in contempt and mock Him. 

 9.)  America, our "Freedom of Speech" is being nullified by Hate Crime Legislation.

10.) All levels of government have become oppressive, seeking to regulate every aspect of life.

11.) America, the Federal Government is top heavy with bureaucrats who answer to no one.

12.)  America, politicians are concerned with control and power over servitude.

We are a people, Christians especially accustomed to, and desensitized to sin.  Willfully ignorant of God's Word, complacent in Holiness and sanctification, and our churches look, smell, behave, and taste like the world.  Our immorality and willful sin is way beyond that of Rome and nations of antiquity.  Our day is coming, share the Gospel with all you can.  Love in Christ, Jason.
