Tomorrow, Beloved we will look into the book of Ezra which is a tie in to Nehemiah for they were contemporaries. Ezra has more to do with the spiritual revival of the children of captivity and bondage, who brought ungodly practices, lifestyles, and enslavement mentality back into Jerusalem form Babylon. How they brought sin into the fellowship of God's people and the practical way God, through Ezra dealt with the national, personal, and idolatrous sins among the Congregation of Judah.
This diagram will help you grasp a picture from the days of prophets, and parables of Jesus. At the Time of Nehemiah and Ezra two of the twelve gates did not exist, they were added by Herodian half Hebrew puppet kings of Rome.
Let us use the gates to check our walks before our Great Clouds of Witnesses, since we represent the KING! Love in Christ Jason
