A Wise Separation of Power

I.)Isaiah 33:22 (KJV) 22 For the LORD [is] our judge, the LORD [is] our lawgiver, the LORD [is] our king; he will save us.
1.) Notice Who is able to handle what or Founding Fathers knew that a government of men could not handle. In this passage we see the driving verse that set in motion the separation of powers in our United States Constitution. At the Constitutional Convention, in which Honorable General George Washing chaired as president, and men who were mostly trained in what we call Ivy League schools today, we're originally seminary or Bible Universities to train clergy. No doubt many of these men had their training in these schools. The above verse no doubt was known toWashington, Adams, Mason, Madison, Hamilton and the likes of such, for they learned to read, by the Holy Scriptures and were intimately acquainted with them.
2.) Yahweh is able to handle all three branches because of His omnipotence and perfect Holiness, men however; are not so capable. See reader, the three distinct offices? Righteous Judge, perfect and fair lawgiver, and omnipotent brave King and Leader.  The old adage is that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
II.) Obviously the LORD is the Supreme Judge of the universe, the One Whom dictates Providence, both are  "John Locke" philosophical terms used by Honorable Thomas Jefferson used in the Declaration of Independence, which is the backbone, lens, or glass we view and interpret the Constitution through Beloved! The birth certificate of our nation's independence that gave birth to the codex laws of restraining Federal power in view of thirteen sovereign states united.  Since, God is justly, He is a faithful Judge and will do so justly.  Our Founders knew that men are fallible, biased, and apt to make willful and honest mistakes.  So they made a separate branch the Supreme Court, of more than one man to judge by the paradigm, of a nation of laws and not men!  That's it, not make laws, not set political agenda, and most definitely NOT strike down the chains that restrain the Federal government from over stepping sovereign authority of the states united, in the Constitution, for the LORD is the only fair and impartial judge, hence human justice is to be blind and not biased.
III.) "The Lord is the ONLY One Whom can make just laws, ever since Mount Sinai, He gave us ten simple laws that are the litmus test of four laws which determine whether we are right before Him, then six to show how we relate to each other as citizens.  Since the same paradigm of power in one man's hand,  another separation of power, a two house legislature with vested with the Constitutionally limited power to make laws, with all money bills coming from the Congress or House of Representatives directly elected by the people with a wise two year term limit since the may disobey the people's will.  This is taken from the above verse and from Exodus where God instructed Moses to choose representatives to help him govern: "And the Lord said unto Moses, gather unto me seventy men, elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be elders of the people, officers over them; and bringest them to the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee." Numbers 11:16 (KJV) distributing the responsibility and accountability amongst the people.
IV.) Lastly, there is only ONE true KING of kings Who can govern just and righteously.  The Founding Fathers had the Christian and father of the nation George Washington in mind when they developed this the Executive branch.  Honorable General Washington said, "It is impossible to rightly govern without God and the Bible." This quote isn't found in his writings yet reported amongst those who served and fought with him. I 'll take their words over a Phd, who's based his work off another Phd.  Needless to say, going by the verse in Isaiah "A Wise Separation of Powers" is a design of God, He has these three distinct offices, yet, in man these offices were separated to form a Republic the likes of which earth never saw before, until this time of history.  Knowing the background of history helps us as a plumb line helps us see how far off we from the designer's plans.  And this my friends is the crux of the governmental problems in America, whereas the crux of the spiritual problems is the "IF My people will humble themselves..." the church in America.  God Bless and Godspeed.
